MaxYourMonday is a live morning routine event created by Shorombo Mooij, a High Performance Lifestyle Coach and the Founder of MaxYourLife.today as a way for people to:

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is this a fitnes workout?
No, this is not a workout. It's better to see this as an energizer activity. Yes, you will move and might even sweat a little, but all exercises are primarily aimed at boosting your energy and mood. So, don't expect burpees, squats, or pushups, but rather power poses. It's a good idea to wear clothes that allow you to move easily.

Do I need to be fit?
No, anyone can participate. All the exercises we do are accessible to everyone. If you have the right intention and want to start your week with a good feeling, then this is definitely for you.

Does it really last 1 hour and 15 minutes?
Yes, this is more than just a workout. This is a morning routine and each element has an important function. You won't be moving continuously for 1 hour, but including the explanations and goal-setting exercises, you'll be busy for over an hour and you should allow plenty of time. That's part of having a morning routine: taking time for yourself. I also expect you to make time to attend the entire experience.

Is it at a different location each week?
No and yes. We will rotate between several locations in Amsterdam. The locations are listed under your booking.

Do I need to bring anything?
It's helpful if you bring a fitness or yoga mat because we will do some exercises on the ground at the beginning. Also, wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily.
